Hello! It’s that time of year again.
Doesn’t time fly?
The other day, I made a Christmas Pudding in the microwave. I used mincemeat this year—quick and easy—and it tasted pretty good!
I guess that if I added some chopped walnuts and almonds and added some more spices, it would taste closer to the real thing.
Maybe I’ll give that a go next time!
