Hello there! It’s Lee. How’s it going?
The other day, I noticed that I hadn’t been going for a walk as often as I used to. I guess it’s because the weather wasn’t all that great. Recently though, the weather has started to improve. We’ve had one or two warm, sunny days, and I’ve started going for walks again. I usually try to walk around somewhere pleasant, by the river or a park, for example.
When I lived in England, I sometimes went for a walk through the local woods or the playing fields. But I was younger then, and walking was for relaxing and unwinding. These days, however, I walk not only to unwind but also to get in shape!
When I was an ALT, I sometimes walked home after work or walked from the school to the nearest JR station. During the spring, there were beautiful cherry blossom trees in bloom along the roadside. I should’ve walked home more often!
Anyway, do you like to go for a walk?
